Supporting flexible and accessible learning for busy school professionals

More

The Schools Leadership Colloquium (self-paced) is an online, self-paced, leadership development program that focuses on the critical dimensions of effective school leadership and interpersonal communication. The program equips school leaders with the insights, skills and confidence to accelerate their own development as they strengthen the performance of those around them. The program has been specifically designed to create flexibility and accessibility for busy school professionals and to draw on their number one learning preference: to access, share with and learn from peers in the broader schools context.

Alternating between various delivery modes the program creates a rich and engaging learning environment focused on practical learning outcomes. The primary delivery modes consist of self-directed learning (high quality video tutorials from leadership and management experts), readings from globally sourced ‘best practice” educational leadership literature, interactive dialogue with peers, workplace application toolkits and assignments, and structured peer coaching/mentoring.
